Stir-Fried Garlic Noodles

  • 8 ounces of noodles (such as spaghetti or linguine)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, sesame seeds


  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.

  3. Add the cooked noodles to the pan, along with the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Toss everything together to evenly coat the noodles and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  4. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
